Determine in advance with the admin authorization and the Key Conductor, who has access to which key. The system stores that data and shows who owns which key, when it was used and when it returns.

Complete Daily Operation Log Export & Tamper-Proof Audit Trail
All borrow-and-return records are automatically stored locally and backed up to the management platform permanently without data loss. Administrators can freely filter, preview and export full daily usage logs in standard formats at any time. The exported file contains complete details: user info, key number, borrow timestamp, return timestamp and operation remarks, forming an unalterable audit report for accountability check and compliance review.
