The maintenance of the tripod turnstile is very important. Just like a car, it needs maintenance and upkeep. The maintenance and upkeep of the tripod turnstile directly affects the service life of the tripod turnstile. Therefore, regular maintenance and upkeep of the tripod turnstile must be done regularly, and it must be done as required. Many users do little maintenance or even no maintenance at all. When the machine breaks down, they only think of the manufacturer before replacing parts. This is often a small mistake, and there is no maintenance at all. A small problem will cause a lot of trouble over time. Therefore, the majority of new and old customers must understand the importance of maintenance of the tripod turnstile. Pay attention to the following points for general maintenance:

1. External maintenance
Most tripod turnstiles are made of domestic SU304 stainless steel. Clean the surface once a week to remove rust spots. Use a soft cloth and clean powder to polish the surface of the chassis and apply anti-rust oil. Do not use your hands to apply the anti-rust oil. Wipe it and wait for 3-5 hours to dry naturally before touching it with your hands, otherwise it will destroy the anti-rust effect of the surface. If the surface is spray-painted, wipe off the dust on the surface. If there are any exposed scratches, touch them up with paint of the same color, or repair them with 'Lidobe' used in cars.

2. Movement maintenance
The movement is the heart of the machine and must be well maintained. Maintenance is generally performed once a month. Open the upper cover and cut off the power supply. Clean the dust on it. Clean the transmission part first and then add butter or high-concentration engine oil. Check whether the fasteners are loose, tighten each fastener, and check the wear of the wearing parts. If the gap between the positioning arm and the positioning plate exceeds 3mm, replace it in time. Normal gap (1-1.5mm), solenoid valve Add appropriate amount of butter or engine oil to the core to make the solenoid valve move left and right to reduce resistance and obtain lubrication. Do not add too much but in moderation.

3. Maintenance of the circuit part. Based on the previous use, check whether there is any problem with the electronic control part. If there is no problem, check whether the power supply is exposed and wrap it up. Arrange the wires. If the wires are aged, replace them. Refer to the tripod turnstile manual. Check the parameters of each part. If there is a problem, follow the clues to find the source of the problem and replace individual electronic components.

4. The above maintenance must be carried out by dedicated personnel, especially the maintenance of the electronic control part. Only trained professionals who have a full understanding of the principles of electronic control can take up the job.
